Scheduling a treatment with us can be done quickly and easily over the phone, online or in person.
All treatments require an initial face-to-face consultation and a comprehensive health questionnaire to be completed by the client. All consultations are subject to a booking fee of $70.
A $50 deposit is required to secure all other bookings. Your booking is not deemed complete until the deposit has been paid.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request at least 24-hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with a 24-hours notice. In such case, your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded.
If you miss your appointment or need to cancel your appointment last minute (less than 24 hours prior), any deposit made is non-refundable with the exception of special circumstances. Alternatively, you may send a friend or a family member in your place and we will happily accommodate them.
